PROJECT: Sepetiba Dual Linear Loader
The Sepetiba Dual Linear Loader was commissioned
in September 1999 for Compaghia Portuario
Bahia de Sepetiba (CPBS) at Sepetiba Bay,
State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. It was
designed to load iron ore into bulk carriers
ranging from 40,000 to 230,000 DWT. The
loader is capable of traversing along
the ship end to end hatches, and shuttling
the boom in and out according to the ship
loading plan.

- Ship deck coverage: 230 m
